How do I communicate with the designers?

We make sure that our clients can reach the designers without any hassle. As most of our clients are remote we recommend communication via email so that we have a proper record of all your comments and suggestions and our designers get back to you at the earliest.

How long do you take to give me my initial designs?

It depends on the package you choose. But generally we get back to you with a few designs you could initially choose from within 24 hours of your placing your order with us.

What if I don't like any of your initial designs?

We get our designers to start brainstorming again, and come back to you with a fresh set of logos. This will be done till you get the designs you like. We guarantee 100% satisfaction.

If the designer is unable to deliver a design of my choice, what do I do?

In the very unlikely event that the designer assigned to your project cannot deliver the designs of your choice we assign the project to another designer. We have a team of logo design professionals and each one of them is expert in designing all types of logos. They also have their unique personal style and vision and because of the diversity in their style we are sure to deliver the logo of your choice.

What happens if I lose my files and/or artwork?

We archive all our design works so you can always retrieve your designs by contacting us, should you loose your material. There will be a nominal charge of $20 applicable.

Who owns the right to these designs?

Once your logo design project is complete you will have the right to these designs and images. TheLogoLand.com, however shall have the right to use the logo for the purpose of showcasing, reference and display.

Do you design animated logos?

Yes. We have detailed experience in Flash, Quicktime movies and 3D rendering software. We can create dynamic flash animated logos, website intro movies and any such other jobs, complete with music and sound effects.

Can I use the logo for other projects like website, printing etc?

Sure. You can use your logo in your website or in print for your business stationery. In fact many of our customers do assign us with the responsibility to design their websites or business stationery.

What are the ways that I can use my logo?
